Startup problem on Acer laptop

On startup
Hitting alt+f10
After it loads up

After fixing my "No bootable drive" problem my laptop gets stuck on the "Acer explore beyond limits" screen and even after multiple tries of restarting it still gets stuck. I even tried alt + f10 and it loads up the screen but it doesn't send me to the advanced startup screen it just goes through the process then gets stuck at a black screen.

First you need to have a Windows installation DVD disk.
Then you need to put it into the DVD drive, power on the laptop and immaterially hit keys ESC, F12 or F9 (which one will work depends from the model). Then you will get into a boot menu, choose boot from a DVD, press any key if it asks.

Here is a guide how to do it:

Please use repair your computer option.

Here is a guide about computer boot options:

You need a disk like this one:

How would I activate the setup if I'm unable to get past the startup screen?

If you choose to repair Windows installation it will not change or delete anything in your user folder or program files folder. It will just try to repair what has been damaged in Windows system.

Other options may delete your files.

You can still access your data by taking the hard drive out and connecting it to a computer with SATA to USB adapter.

Would I be losing my files? Or will my files stay completely the same? Same with installed programs. Would I have to reinstall them?

The fix

I think it does not find the partition to boot from. You need to use Windows installation disk to repair what has been damaged when the hard drive was loose. Depending what Windows you use in the laptop the steps will be different. Just google how to repair windows installation for your Windows version.

I opened up the laptop and the hard drive was a little loose and wasn't tightly connected so I pushed it back in

How did you fix that problem. If it displays a message that it can't find a bootable drive this indicates a serious problem.
