When I turn on the computer, this message is on BIINITIALIZELLIBRARY FAILED 0xc00000bb what does this mean I thought maybe a new battery is necessary, what's your input. Hello, Is it a laptop or desktop PC? Usually, it is something to do with BIOS. If the computer has a faulty RAM module, this also can happen as processor writes data to the RAM for access.Probably you must fiddle with it and try removing memory modules, load BIOS defaults, etc.
