A HP All-In-One mystery

by Sergio Geronimo
(Mexico)

Since four days ago I never used this PC (a HP all-on-one). I remember turning it down as usually all people do, however, when I decided to use this pc this evening I suddenly noticed the power led light it's blinking and doesn't matter what, the pc it's not turning on.

The blinking it has no pattern, its just a continous blink. As hp forum suggest I plugged off from the power supply and push the power button 10-15 seconds, but it doesn't work. Then I bought other AC adapter but does not work neither.

Is there some solution to fix this?

Hello Sergio,

I think it has a few faulty capacitors inside. This is a common fault on these.

I have looked at HP laptops but have never purchased one.
